GENERAL – An order constitutes an offer by the Client to purchase the Products in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Client is responsible for ensuring the terms of the order are complete and accurate. Orders are deemed initially accepted upon receipt of automatic web shop email.
ORDER CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT – Please notify us straight away if you wish to cancel or amend an order – there are no penalties involved for stocked items but cancellation may not be possible where an item(s) have already been distributed from a brewery, fees such as courier returns may apply where cancellation is possible. It’s not possible to cancel an order after delivery. Reserving stock / building orders are an agreement to purchase and maximum time limits may apply.
DELIVERY – No MOQ (minimum order quantity) is required, delivery fees either reduce on a sliding scale basis or are fixed courier rates, please refer to the delivery page for current rates and services. Stock My Bar provide a ‘booking agent’ service with an established and reliable UK wide delivery network. Client agreement and liability is as per the delivery method / Company selected at time of order. Any fees relating to a failed, refused or returned delivery are payable by the Client.
Client authorises Stock My Bar to make automatic stock swops if and when required or when packing on a time sensitive schedule, swopped items will always be of similar style and ABV and will be of equal or higher price (price matching is included free of charge). Stock swopping is very rare and Clients can opt-out at any time with advance notice.
Whilst 99% of next day delivery orders arrive as advertised, no next day guarantee can be provided.
Stock My Bar shall not be liable for any delay, failure or error in delivery, these include product or listing error, supplier, distributor or delivery network error, administration, web, order-picking or technical error or failure or due to a force majeure event. The maximum liability is related to the delivery method and Company chosen and shall not exceed the total order value.
Original product outer packaging, for cans, bottles, merchandise etc is not guaranteed and relates to order quantity and availability. Stock My Bar, associated distributors, suppliers and brewery platform Members may use unrelated product boxes and their own branded boxes for distribution.
Allergen and dietary information are provided as a guide only, we understand data input errors can occur by either a producer or ourselves, please therefore contact us to request producer assurance about any particular product, this is also required should you wish to legally rely on any allergen or dietary information including products marked ‘NO DATA PROVIDED’. We recommend checking product labels as producers provide allergen and dietary information on their labels.
PAYMENT & LIABILITY – The Client shall pay invoices in full, payment is made either online at time of order, via direct debit or or via advance BACS transfer.
If the Client has a pre-approved credit account then payment terms will be set on an individual basis as notified. If the Client fails to make any payment due then Stock My Bar retain the right to apply interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England’s base rate. Such interest accrues on a daily basis until paid in full. The Client shall pay the interest together with the overdue amount. If the Client fails to make a payment, threatens non-payment or is unable to make a payment then Stock My Bar may implement Client cancellation, cease to provide any service and all outstanding amounts shall become immediately due. The Client shall also become liable for all reasonable expenses incurred in debt collection and any further proceedings. Stock My Bar may implement third party credit score services. Stock My Bar may, at it’s sole discretion, withdraw or amend any credit account without notice and / or request Director / Owner personal guarantee(s).
Title to products shall not pass to the Client until payment is received in full. Until such time, products provided by Stock My Bar should be insured, stored properly and separately from other items and remain readily identifiable as property of Stock My Bar. On request the Client shall allow Stock My Bar to inspect such goods and relevant insurance policy. Stock My Bar shall be entitled, at any time following the date upon which payment is due, to enter Client premises or any premises where the products are stored and repossess the same. The Client consents to allow Stock My Bar premises access for this purpose. The Client shall reimburse Stock My Bar for all reasonable expenses and fees incurred, including legal expenses.
Stock My Bar shall under no circumstance be liable to the Client for any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with a service or product. The maximum liability is related to the delivery method and Company chosen and shall not exceed the total order value.
Genuine errors can occur in listing product price and detail, neither Stock My Bar, associated distributors, suppliers or brewery partner Members are required to fulfill any order where an error is identified. In this rare event an option is given to re-confirm the order with the correct detail or order cancellation.
One-way kegs / containers are the Client’s responsibility for return, Stock My Bar provide a free empty collection service at time of order delivery this excludes Brewery owned containers not supplied by ourselves, keykeg collection and recycling is also provided free of charge. For UK Mainland Clients (non direct delivery), we can not distribute Brewery owned containers unless the Client agrees to accept responsibility and arrange their safe return.
Stock My Bar is owned and operated by Diverse Beers Ltd who are VAT registered and all published prices are subject to the relevant rate of VAT.
Where Stock My Bar agree and determine a refund is due, these are sent as a credit note by email and should any Client require an alternative refunding method, an invoice is required from the Client, with matching contact information and UK bank detail for a BACS transfer, bank transfers take up to 28 days to process and refund. Refunds are normally only possible where a replacement item(s) is unavailable. Full Client support is required in the event an item qualifies for a refund / replacement, this extends to photograph provision, assistance with collection of item(s) and provision of any relevant information requested by either Stock My Bar and / or the relevant Brewery. Failure to provide support may lead to re-invoicing of product(s) provided, withdrawel of guarantee on any future delivery and account closure.
Due to the costs involved in delivery Stock My Bar can not guarantee immediate free delivery of an exchange item(s); qualifying item(s) may be sent as an addition alongside the Client’s next order.
APC COURIER DELIVERY RETURNS & REFUNDS – Please note that refunds are not available from all APC depots, certain depots / drivers are flagged and we inform relevant Clients in advance to confirm if delivery is required. Where the Client agrees to a delivery from a flagged depot then no returns or refunds facility can be provided, these items are delivered at Client risk.
MISCELLANEOUS – Client confirms that all people authorised to make an order are at least 18 years old. ID may be required if the courier is in any doubt about the age of the recipient – delivery will not be possible if ID is not provided.
Marketing emails, login details, pricing and services available are confidential to the recipient and any forwarding of information outside of your organisation is prohibited.
Photo ID may be requested during the registration process or at any time, Client grants permission to Stock My Bar to store and take photo’s for ID and security purposes.
Stock My Bar are entitled to regard any person representing the Client as authorised to place an order, unless informed otherwise in writing.
Stock My Bar may, at it’s sole discretion, subcontract and use third parties, in fulfilling any service.
The Client may not assign any obligation, payment or otherwise, to any third party without prior written permission from Stock My Bar.
Stock My Bar may utilise and publish Client comments, testimonials, reviews, logo’s and suitable photographs for marketing purposes unless instructed otherwise in advance.
Any Client requested variation to these Terms & Conditions shall only be binding when agreed in writing and signed by Stock My Bar.
Services are governed by English Law and if any Court or authority finds that any provision or part of these terms are invalid then only that part is deemed unenforceable and the validity of all other provisions are not affected. Stock My Bar may apply minimum modifications to make all provisions valid.

Supplier Terms & Conditions
SUPPLIER TERMS – Stock My Bar provide service to small batch independent craft producers with a suitable B2B trade pricing tier – we ask for advance notification should any product be available on a mainstream basis or is planned to become available on a mainstream basis (e.g. chain stores / supermarkets) or if any product has or will have a promotional retail price. We reserve the right to remove any product from the site at our discretion.
All Suppliers warrant that products are in compliance with all applicable duties including import and export law and the Supplier shall indemnify Stock My Bar for any costs or losses incurred as a result of any breach of warranty. Its the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure all product information is correct (e.g. allergens, attributes, abv).
Any price, product, quantity or delivery time scale changes required after an order is made must be agreed by both parties, the order shall not be shipped until any amendment has been resolved.
Supplier agrees to provide product badges for all keg and cask products and Stock My Bar reserve the right to cancel any item(s) where pump clips are not provided. Cancelled items are collected by the Supplier at their cost.
Any product returned by a Client for quality control reasons will be replaced / refunded / credited by the Supplier (incl. delivery fees) on the condition that the best before date has not expired (we expect a minimum of 45 days date for cask and 90 days date for keg / can).
Suppliers authorise Stock My Bar, associated distributors and trade Clients to implement marketing activities (e.g. social media) in relation to new beer arrivals and general promotions. Suppliers authorise use of any publicy available product image(s), description, data and brewery logo for marketing purposes.
Due to the number of Suppliers we do not complete T&C’s, account forms or similar for individual suppliers.
