Podkováň Brewery is one of the oldest operational Czech heritage breweries, founded by monks in 1434. Located in Central Bohemia, it relies on a natural 300-meter underground spring classified as high-purity “children’s water”. The facility uses traditional open-bath fermentation and slow cold maturation to craft its lineup.
